Janet Tamaren, M.D., founded the Carlisle Clinic in 2003. She graduated from the University of Kentucky Medical School in 1992. Dr. Tamaren enjoys practicing rural medicine, and has done so since 1995.

Dixie Davidson, PA-C, graduated from the University of Kentucky Physician Assistant program in 2005. She has worked at a pain clinic in Lexington and at a family practice in Paris. She has been a valued member of our staff since 2008.
